The yama therapeutics Ayurveda Wellness Principles program is ideal for Yoga Teachers and Yoga Therapists, social workers, massage therapists, public health workers, mental health professionals of all sorts and all other allied health professionals. During the course of training you will learn the basics of Ayurvedic constitutional analysis, Ayurvedic nutrition and cleansing practices as well as regimens for daily and seasonal care. In addition, you will receive rudimentary information about how people make decisions to change and how best to facilitate and model the change your clients desire.
