COMMUNITY MEDITATION SESSIONS: See the Westminster Studio Schedule

MEDITATION TEACHER TRAINING:

Students, order your books here!

This program is ideal for those who want to learn about both the theories and practices of meditation with an eye toward teaching meditation to mixed faith populations as well as for those who wish to deepen their personal meditation practice.

Students will read THEORY and experience PRACTICE. The yama therapeutics programs use in-depth in-person weekend trainings once a month for group practices supplemented with an on-line classroom for homework and discussion with your class between sessions.

Yama therapeutics interfaith meditation facilitator training incorporates information from many traditions so you can develop a practice that meets your needs and for those teaching, to meet the needs of those you teach.

All meditation paths help us to experience life more fully by reducing stress and bringing integration to mind and body. As Yoga practice gives us a means of accepting where we are in our lives, meditation helps us to transcend our difficulties and integrate all levels of our experience to create a greater sense of awareness of our connection to “All-that-is”.

As we become more fully acquainted with our authentic identity we can face adversity in our lives with grace and ease.

Life’s challenges become opportunities for growth as our meditation practice is integrated into our daily lives.
