All meditation paths share the ability to enable us to experience life more fully by reducing stress and bringing integration to mind and body. As Yoga practice gives us a means of accepting where we are in our lives, meditation helps us to transcend our difficulties and integrate all levels of our experience to create a greater sense of awareness of our connection to “All-that-is”.
As we become more fully acquainted with our authentic identity we can face adversity in our lives with grace and ease. Life’s challenges become opportunities for growth as our meditation practice is integrated into our daily lives.
