yama studio (Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation Arts) is home to the yama therapeutics (sm) teacher training programs.

yama offers Yoga Alliance registered 200 & 500 hour Yoga Teacher training programs, Meditation Facilitator and Ayurvedic Health Educator Training programs. We also offer a wide variety of Distance Learning Certificates for those interested in deepening their personal practice or building their career.

We offer weekday Yoga classes for all levels in Westminster, Maryland. We also provide corporate Yoga programs for businesses throughout Maryland.  Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Direction and Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching for groups and individuals are available at both Maryland locations.

At yama we believe a person is more than a body and Yoga is more than asana practice. Whether you're a newcomer trying to touch your toes or a Yoga teacher trying to reach the stars, we have just what you need to help you on your journey back to wholeness with sadhanas (practice) to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Sharing and teaching the practices, or sadhana, of yoga...this is the heart of yama studio.
